John Scott became a Ranger on Monday, when the Blueshirts obtained him in a trade with Chicago. On Wednesday, the 6-foot-8 Scott took part in his first practice with the team and then sat down with Jim Cerny to talk about his impressions of the Rangers as an opponent and why he is so happy that he is now playing in New York on what he considers the NHL's "most-balanced team".
