Rangers head coach John Tortorella met with reporters following the Blueshirts' 2-0 loss at Pittsburgh on Tuesday. Despite the final score, Tortorella was generally pleased with how his team played and gave credit to Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury for refusing to let the Rangers cash in on their scoring chances. He also noted that Pittsburgh scored its goals primarily because the Pens were able to take advantage of mistakes, while the Rangers were unable to score the "big goal" that could have turned the game.
