Vigneault: "We Didn't Have Enough Pushback"

Following the Rangers 4-0 defeat in New Jersey Saturday night Rangers head coach Alain Vigneault met with reporters and stated that on the positive side the team allowed only eight scoring chances--displaying a solid team defensive effort. However he also pointed out that on the other hand the Rangers allowed the Devils to score on half of those scoring chances and did not "have enough pushback" offensively, where the Blueshirts recorded 22 shots on goal, but generated a limited amount of scoring opportunities.
