MSG's new season of "Behind the Bench", a show focused on Rangers head coach John Tortorella, premiered on Thursday night prior to the Rangers' 4-1 win over the Islanders. Among the segments on the first episode was a sit-down interview with host Bill Pidto, who asked Tortorella about how he communicates with the team through its leadership group -- captain Ryan Callahan and alternate captains Brad Richards and Marc Staal. Tortorella answered by talking about a recent situation in which the players were asking that he ease up in practice a bit.
