Rangers legend Mark Messier announced during the MSG Network broadcast of Thursday night's Rangers-Lightning game that he will be able to participate in the Dec. 31 Outdoor Alumni Game between former Blueshirts and Flyers at Philadelphia. Messier also spoke about his annual Messier Leadership Camp.
