Rangers head coach John Tortorella met with reporters following Friday night's 4-1 loss to Buffal at The Garden and said the biggest problem with his team during the game related to its backchecking that allowed odd-man rushes for the Sabres. Tortorella did not feel that the Sabres' desperation to make the playoffs was the difference in the game and gave credit to Buffalo Ryan Miller for his performance in goal.
