When Gabe Hamilton saw Mia Crestwell walk into the ballroom for his hotel's grand opening, he knew he was going to hell for what he had planned. And then, to her complete surprise, Gabe appeared, wading through the crowd, a scowl marring his face. I found that entirely relationship to be sort of unsettlingly infantilizing. In fact, one of the reasons I loved this book as much as I did was that Gabe did grovel, big time. Jace had wanted her to pursue a business degree. As soon as I finished the book I wanted more, which is always a really positive sign.
She very much enjoys interacting with her readers on Facebook and Twitter as well as in her Yahoo! I find it so weird. Narration: this terrible story is narrated by a terrible narrator. I loved the trilogy and have listened to it several times. There was some serious déjà vu going on. I didn't like Gabe very much as a character and, while I thought I'd grow to appreciate him more as the story progressed, I didn't.
