Two hours after the NHL's trading deadline had passed on Monday, Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather held a brief press conference to discuss the acquisition of rugged defenseman John Scott, as well as to explain why the Blueshirts chose not to make a bigger deal prior to the deadline.
