"Growing Up As A Team"

“ It's different at the start of the year to be in first place then it is in March. It's a great challenge for us, and we have to accept that responsibility. It's part of growing up as a team. ”
- Brad Richards
“ Our room is good and we know we've gotten away with a few things in the past couple of weeks, and not just in games we lost. The level of intensity has to be higher. We've talked about it, but now it's up to us to go out and do it. ”
- Brad Richards
“ I'm concerned about our mindset. I think our mindset has to be stronger, and has to be harder. I think we have dipped there. There are times when you are not going to be dead-on, but you have to stop that right away. ”
- John Tortorella
