Cally Save Against Penguins

Normal_187172437

Henrik Lundqvist may have made 28 saves in the Rangers 5-1 win over the Penguins on Wednesday night, but it was Ryan Callahan who actually had the biggest save of the game. With the contest still scoreless in the first period, Pittsburgh defenseman Matt Niskanen drives a right-point shot on goal which Lundqvist stops---but not entirely. The puck is slowed down, but squeezes through Lundqvist's pads and rolls towards the goal line, when out of nowhere the backchecking Callahan swoops in and clears the disc away mere moments before crossing over the line. The Rangers then proceed to score the game's first three goals on their way to beating the first-place Penguins.
