Saturday Postgame Chatter

“ The last three games games our line has kind of clicked, and I give a lot of credit to those guys, they've pushed my pace. ”
- Derek Stepan
“ I think it was just a matter of time (until Derek Stepan scored). He was getting so many chances, and he was doing things the right way and playing great hockey, so it was just a matter of time before he started getting the bounces. ”
- Chris Kreider
“ It was a really important goal (the first goal). We had a really rough start, gave them way too many chances. After that goal you could see how we started battling harder, but we have to be honest with ourselves, we gave up way too many chances overall. Hank had to make some Grade A saves. ”
- Carl Hagelin
