The team effort was evident on Oct. 10, 2008, as the Rangers defeated one of their Original Six foes, the Chicago Blackhawks, at MSG. The game marked Chris Drury’s first game at Madison Square Garden as the Rangers’ 25th captain. However, stealing the show that night was the Brandon Dubinsky, Aaron Voros and Nikolai Zherdev line. Voros and Zherdev finished with a goal and an assist each, while Dubinsky notched a goal and two assists. Henrik Lundqvist finished with 30 saves in the team's 4-2 win over the Blackhawks.
