Though the Rangers would eventually crack and lose Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals 5-2 up in Boston, Callahan scored an extremely important goal at the time---not to mention extremely pretty---breakaway goal in the first period. With Boston already leading 1-0 and the Rangers being badly outplayed, Callahan stole the puck at center ice, blew past two Bruins, and skated in alone on goaltender Tuukka Rask, before finishing with a beautiful forehand shot. The goal was extremely timely, got the Rangers back into the game, and quieted the TD Garden crowd as the Rangers regained their footing.
