Sunday Postgame Chatter

“ It's nice (to score). It's been a while. But to a score a big goal in an important game certainly feels good. ”
- Taylor Pyatt
“ We weren't concerned about (eliminating the Devils). We're trying to climb in the standings without looking behind us, and it's another two points. Now we've got to get more. ”
- Ryan Callahan
“ (Scoring 34 seconds into the game) is huge. It puts the other team on their heels and gets us going to another level, which we needed. That's a desperate team. If you give them life early it could be dangerous. For us to get that early lead it only helped our chances of winning. ”
- Ryan McDonagh

The Rangers accomplished multiple things with Sunday's 4-1 win over the Devils at The Garden.
