Zuccarello’s shiftiness runs Holtby out

January 24, 2011 – New York Rangers at Washington Capitals

In a low scoring game, Zuccarello was looking to extend his shootout success streak to four in a row against Washington Capitals rookie goaltender Braden Holtby. Zuccarello glided down the ice, slammed on the brakes, and after Holtby took the bait, he whipped a wrist shot right into the exposed goal. The Rangers went on to win the shootout, 3-2, and the game, 2-1.
