No. 3  Ryan Callahan (2g, 3a, 5p)

Rangers captain Ryan Callahan had one of the best games of his career Monday night against the Jets. He recorded his 100th career assist on a beautiful flip pass to Derek Stepan that opened up the scoring just 19 seconds into the game to snap the Rangers two-game scoring drought. Later with his team trailing and down two men, Callahan charged into the Jets’ zone with Mats Zuccarello fresh out of the penalty box, showed poise and patience and waited Jets goalie Ondrej Pavelec out and backhanded the puck to tie the game, 2-2. Callahan added two more assists en route to the 4-2 win.

Callahan found the net again in Carolina Friday night when he scored in the second period to give the Rangers a 2-0 lead, and they would go on to win it, 4-1.
