With his second-period goal, Ryan Callahan extended his point streak to three games (two goals, one assist). He has four goals and two assists in his last six games and is now tied with Rick Nash for the team lead in goals with nine.

Not to be outdone, Derek Stepan's assist on Callahan's goal extended his point streak to three games (two goals and one assist). He now has four goals and five assists in his last eight games.


MDZ Sets Season-high

Defenseman Michael Del Zotto led all skaters with 27:41 of ice time, which was his season-high. He finished with two hits, two blocked shots and three shots on goal.


Girardi or McDonagh have led the team in ice time in 13 of the team's 26 games this season.


His career-high is 28:38, which he set on Oct. 24, 2010 against the New Jersey Devils.


Mac Truck Continues Strong Play

Ryan McDonagh did a bit of everything Thursday night. He finished with an assist, tied for the team-high four hits and had two blocked shots in 23:54 of ice time. The defenseman has 11 points in his last 16 games, including six assists in the last eight games.


Nash Fires Away

Though he was held off the scoresheet, Rick Nash registered a game-high six shots, and led all forwards with 22:57 of ice time.


Jet Lag

Thursday night's loss was the first time the Rangers lost in Winnipeg since a 3-1 loss on March 27, 1994.
