Rangers Ready For Sabres Challenge

“ They (the Sabres) are a gritty team, so it'll be a different kind of game than Thursday. But in the end, it's really about us. ”
- Anton Stralman
“ I'm sure (the Sabres) have some renewed energy after the coaching change, but we feel good about ourselves heading into this one. We're healthy again, rolling our lines effectively Thursday. So we have to build on our last one and get on a roll here. ”
- Taylor Pyatt
“ It's exciting to get everyone back in the lineup, it gives you energy. You could see (Thursday) what all those guys coming back bring to the team and how much they help us. ”
- Ryan Callahan

The Buffalo Sabres skate into Madison Square Garden having won three straight tonight, but the Rangers are up for the challenge after an upbeat morning skate attended by all the players except for starting goaltender Henrik Lundqvist and injured forward Arron Asham (back).

It would appear that the Rangers will go with the same lineup tonight as they had Thursday in a 4-1 win over Tampa Bay, since Asham is clearly not playing and Matt Gilroy was the last player on the ice this morning working with backup goalie Martin Biron.
