It's not where Jesper Fast wanted to be on Wednesday---sitting behind the glass, watching his fellow Rangers prospects take part in practices and a scrimmage. No, Fast would have much preferred being out on the ice with the others. But a bruised nose---suffered during Tuesday's scrimmage---landed him on the sidelines instead, a "precautionary move" according to Gordie Clark, the Rangers Director of Player Personnel.
Despite the black and blue nose, Fast did ride the bike with no ill effects Wednesday, and will be back on the ice on Thursday.
During his down time on Wednesday, Fast chatted about a variety of topics with Jim Cerny from BlueshirtsUnited.com.
