Rangers center Derek Stepan made a courageous---and dangerous---block of a shot with his leg late in Thursday's 5-3 win over the Hurricanes in Raleigh, and after the game he was hobbling about on his bruised leg. As a result, Stepan did not take part in Rangers' practice Friday afternoon in Tampa, instead receiving treatment from the team's trainers. The team though expects that Stepan should be able to play Saturday when the Rangers seek their fifth consecutive victory as they skate against the Tampa Bay Lightning.
