The National Hockey League announced early Friday afternoon that Rangers forward Andre Deveaux has been suspended three games for his elbow that struck Florida's Tomas Fleischmann 10:59 into the second period Wednesday night. Deveaux's suspension begins immediately, and he is ineligible to play in Friday afternoon's contest against the Washington Capitals.
