After being completely shut down from physical activity, Marc Staal is once again skating and training lightly as he works his way back from a concussion suffered last season, and the recurring headaches he has had since. For the first time since training camp, Staal discussed his situation with reporters Thursday in Carolina. "I think the rate of improvement the last month or so, I feel like I'll be back (this season)," said Staal. "That's the plan. I just want to make sure I'm healthy to get to back and start playing."
