Another Gaborik Milestone

Marian Gaborik seems to be reaching milestones on a night;y basis these days. Saturday night in Phoenix he scored his 300th career goal. In the Blueshirts next game, Tuesday against the Devils, Gaborik notched his 600th career point. And Thursday night at The Garden, Gaborik's second period goal---off a set play with Artem Anisimov during an offensive zone face off---was his 20th of the season, the eighth time in 11 years he has reached that plateau. "I think most of them have been from pretty much in front of the net (this year), and that's where most goals are scored," explained Gaborik. "The puck seems to be following a little bit, and I have a lot of confidence. Plus my linemates are clicking together, also. It feels pretty good. The (puck) is going in right now, so hopefully I can make it last." Gaborik has been on fire of late, scoring five goals in his last three games, and 11 in his last 14 contests.
