The Rangers opened their annual Prospect Development Camp at the MSG Training Center on Monday. The weeklong event brings 16 players who are currently NHL property of the Rangers plus a large group of invitees together for a week of scrimmages, drills and a chance to meet members of the Blueshirts organization.
