Marian Gaborik returned to his native land and recorded an assist on a Mats Zuccarello 5-on-3 power play goal that tied the game 1-1 6:03 into the second period. Brian Boyle scored 59 seconds later off a pretty Dan Girardi pass, and Artem Anisimov tallied a shorthanded score at 17:42 following strong work by Brandon Prust.
