Boyle's Top 5

From June 4-20, is counting down some of the most memorable moments for several Rangers players in 2011-12. We continue today with a look back at forward Brian Boyle's season. Although his points and goals totals dropped a bit, Boyle managed to set a career-high with 16 assists in 2011-12 and continued to provide key intangibles, particularly his talents as a penalty-killer. He got off to a fast start in the postseason, scoring goals in three straight games vs. Ottawa before suffering a concussion in Game 5. Although he came back after missing three games due to the injury, Boyle was hardly at full speed for the remainder of the playoffs. Here are five great Boyle moments from his third full season with the Blueshirts.
