Rangers grab 2-1 series lead behind Lundqvist's phenomenal 36-save shutout at The Rock
Watch Torts' post-game press conference after important Game 3 win in New Jersey
See what team leaders had to say after important 3-0 win on Saturday
I think we have a lot of character in our room where we don't let losses get to us and we make sure we try and come back and respond. It's been like that all year and it's continued in the playoffs, and, of course, (today).
All-world level. That's (Henrik Lundqvist). He's been the backbone of our team for a long time now. When he's making those huge saves we just feed off of his saves and try and turn it into offense the other way.
(Henrik Lundqvist) comes to the game so prepared and he wants to win more than anybody. It was his play that got us through the tough minutes (today) and we knew we had to pick it up for him. He was just in that zone. You felt he was unbeatable.
We just had to wake up. For some reason we thought we were OK with Hank making big saves and it's 0-0, but it was enough is enough. We needed more urgency to our game. (Torts) wanted to stop the bleeding there (with timeout).
